Indian veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja might be playing his last T20 World Cup for the team. The 35-year-old has been firing all the cylinders for the national cricket team as a batsman, as a bowler and as a fielder. Rightly so, he earned the tag of a three-dimensional player.

Considering that his age is on his side, it is highly likely that the BCCI might be on the hunt for young candidates to replace him in the future. Jadeja hasn’t been statistically impressive as far as the T20I format is concerned.

He played 66 T20Is for India wherein he scored 480 runs without any fifty. On the contrary, he took 53 wickets to his credit at an economy of 7.10.

The 36-year-old Andre Russell is also expected to play his last T20 World Cup for the West Indies national cricket team. With age on his side, it is highly likely that the West Indies Cricket Board might be looking for alternatives to fill his shoes in the future.

Andre Russell, who has been a workhorse for the West Indies Cricket Team for more than a decade. He was last seen playing for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2024 and deservedly won the title as a player.

Russell has played 75 T20Is wherein he scored 955 runs including 3 fifties. On the other hand, he took 115 wickets including 2 four-wicket hauls and a solitary five-wicket haul.
